When Facebook hosts a birthday party for itself, emplyees are the ones that receive gifts. Besides, there are flexible working hours and great pay.

The only drawback is, being one of the employees in Fackbook, you may forced to use cheap, low-end phones. The method behind this madness is that, a crappy old phone with weak networking will help the company study the computing conditions in parts of the world where people have limited internet or none at all.

According to Javier Olivan, in order to "feel the pain", developers have to try to use Facebook's apps on super-old versions of Adnroid. That way, the social media giant can get a better insight on how to bring internet access to everyone in the world, which is also the aim of Zuckerberg's initiative on Internet.org.
