Fixed: Devices Not Detected in iTunes

Nowadays, more and more people are more inclined to use iPhone. As an important data-transferring tool, iTunes is also widely used. However, some of you may feel confused, for your cellphone could not be seen in iTunes for Windows 8. Don't worry too much, we will show you the solution.
How to deal with devices not recognized in iTunes for Windows 8:


Open Decive Manager and enter "Universal Serial Controller", check if there is "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" option. If there is not, please follow the steps below.

1. Tab "Portable Device" in Device Manager.
2. And you will see "Apple iPhone". Right-click it and choose "Update Driver"
3. Select "Browse My Computer for Driver Software"
4. Choose the "Apple Mobile Device UBS Driver" option and click the "Next" button.
5. Just wait until the upgrade completes. This process will take you more than 10 seconds.
6. Next, return to Device Manager again and open "Universal Serial Controller". This time you will see "Apple Mobile Device USB Driver" in the interface.
7. Finally, launch iTunes and see if "Device" appears in the list on the left!
